MMS
Material management system
to automate the preparation of your materials
Key benefits

Material management system
It automates material storage, preparation and post-print recovery, simplifying and ensuring successful printing of ultra-polymers such as PEEK, ULTEM™ and composites.

Partial annealing of materials
Annealing materials after 3D printing increases strength, durability and chemical resistance, and the current 3DGence MMS system includes a compartment for preparation and annealing, with programmed cycles for each material.

Drying and material preparation
The additional use of PAEK materials in 3DGence MMS™ significantly increases strength, durability and corrosion resistance.

Process control and print traceability
Each spool of material purchased from 3DGence is equipped with an NFC tag with a unique ID. Once selected, the material is registered by scanning into the MMS and integrated with 3DGence CONNECT™
